L’s sciatica disappeared, and he asked me what did I do? Well I just sent him some energy, and wrapped it up. Perhaps his more stable bed helped too. In any case, he was his own healer, and I can’t emphasise that enough.
The other day something weird happened when I was sending someone energy. As I spun my chakras and got to my heart chakra, it suddenly felt like there was a heavy hand on my chest. The feeling lasted for some time, then went away. After that, i didn’t feel too good. So I’ve been wondering what was that feeling, and why did that happen.. Asked for some thoughts on the QT forum, and got some interesting insights. Perhaps I have some house cleaning to do inside of me!
