It’s been sometime since I blogged. Was very busy, and have to admit, kind of got lazy :p But anyway, met up with Bingz recently, and we exchanged a distance session, and I would say it went pretty well. I had some interesting impressions while QT-ing her, but I’m not sure if she is comfortable with me writing about it, so I’ll leave it to her if she wants to write about it. For me on the recieving end was interesting too. I wanted QT for the base of my foot, or sole, and felt it buzz and vibrate. It was a little distracting at first, but kind of got used to it and carried on the session for her.
I think it was good to do distance while just sitting beside each other, as we could get instant feedback. Phone or IM is ok, but I can’t imagine holding the phone or putting it on speaker mode or something. Im same thing, rather distracting being online. We did it in a park, so it was nice and filled with Mother Nature’s energies.
I am the kind of person who goes by feeling a lot, so I didn’t exactly follow the QT techniques precisely. Was actually doing the 12 colours for Bingz, then some images popped up, and so I just followed those. Kind of ‘forgot’ about the colours for a moment until later on. It was a little weird for me to tell her about my impressions, as I am not sure what her take on them will be. I have done this quite a bit previously, exchanging readings on the practical intuition forum, but those were more solicited. There, we exchange readings, ask questions etc, and of course, learn more about intuition.
I believe that bingz asking me out for this session was her intuition working too, as we discovered we live really close to each other! But different people receive information differently, so bingz, if you are reading this, perhaps you may receive info, not in images, but through your other senses. I used to think I was more of a feeling person, but through some reading and little tests and practicing my intuition, realised I am also quite a bit of an images person.
On a side note, I just got B.K.S Iyengar’s Light on Life, and it’s a really good read so far. I used to pick up the book but seeing that the words were so small and many, put it back many times. But one fine day I just thought of him and decided ok, if it’s there I will get it, so I did. Will write a review when I’m done with it.
