I just got reminded about something I do while running after reading a post on the QT forum. So it’s something you can do too while running or even walking.
As you run, instead of clenching your fists or leaving them hanging(or however you leave them), hold them up in front of you, relaxed, palms facing each other. Do your QT breaths, and imagine a ball of energy becoming bigger and bigger in between your palms. (Reminder, please look up as you run and not down at your ball, you only need your intention to be there!
) Add love, colours, anything you like or can imagine, and once you think it is big enough, release it. Sometimes I like to just return the ball of energy to Mother Nature, and sometimes I put it back in me to relieve tensions or strains i feel coming up. Sometimes I just use it to send my thoughts out.
