Just a quick one before I forget!
Last friday, I treated 2 of my colleagues. It was interesting how it started as I don’t talk much about QT at work as I am still not so comfortable sharing it with non-QTers and not exremely close friends. But because I’d treated another colleague before, some of them know what I do. Anyway, K had a nagging back pain that had been going on for some time according to her. So I ran energy at the areas she indicated at her back for about 10 to 15 mins, moving as the pain moved. She felt better, and said she could walk faster, as initially she’d been walking very slowly. So not completely alright yet, but because more and more people were coming in, we decided to stop, and I thouht I’ll just distance her later.
Then the other colleague of mine SH, asked me for whatever it was I did. I’d previously helped her with her neck when she had difficulty turning it, and after that she could turn freely. This time round, it was similar, just that it was her shoulders that restricted her movement. So ran energy for about 10 to 15 mins before I had to go, and she could turn sideways after that.
I’d felt happy to help my colleagues, but later on at yoga, something happened that shook me a little. One of the students had a history of epilepsy, and she had a fit just as class was starting. Anyway, I wrote more about it in my other blog.
I have to admit that I was shocked then, and couldn’t think of anything but to sit there. Luckily, there were 2 nurses around, so they took care of her. I guess I’m just not so sure how to use QT in an emergency, as I kinda just go blank
Anyway, yesterday I ran some energy on L’s dog fifi, L contributed by doing his pranic healing thing
Fifi had been breathing quite hard lately, and watching her sleep, we’d feel worried about her. But yesterday after running energy, she’d turn to her side and back at times, and I assumed she wanted energy in different places. A while later when she fell asleep, I found myself just watching her, not really aware of anything, but kinda just enjoyed watching her, when L said to me, that she seems to be breathing better! Then I realised that, yes, that was why I was just sitting there watching her, as she looks so peaceful.
